Biography
A catalytic, inspirational personality, Geraldo K.H. Emmanuel has been an ardent and inspirational figure working in diverse areas of global and national development. Geraldo Emmanuel Kofi Hayford has over seven years of experience that focuses on community development and works in this regard as the director and manager for the Centre for Community Development - CCD organization and with much focus on the achievement of the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) at the Rome Model United Nations Conference - Italy and as the Under Secretary General for the Ghana International Model UN Conference in Accra, Ghana. He inspired several community development projects that impact the rural communities along the southern rural sector of the Volta Region of Ghana. As a student leader, he led the Ghana Technology University Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (USA) in a capacity as the Chapter President to win both the Chapter and Member of the month of November in 2012. He led the research project to connect the Keta rural community schools to the worldwide web via a microwave link as part of the STEM education promotion in rural deprived communities along the coast of the Volta Region of Ghana. Geraldo is also a founding member of the Global Alliance for Peace and Sustainability (GAPS), an NGO that played a crucial role in peace building and promoted peace during the 2012 Presidential Election Petition at the Supreme Court of Ghana sensitizing the general public and political parties on the need to preserve the democratic credentials of the nation and as the Executive Administrative Secretary helps in writing a series of articles for the organization. He has also volunteered with TIG, a non-profit online resource-based organization in Toronto, Canada where he administers Global issues on Child Rights, Labor and Domestic Abuse since 2012 and also published an article on Ghana in this regard. He is skilled in team leadership, public speaking, communications technology as well as a host of other social media forum management and organizations. As a student of Ghana Technology University College, he uses internet resource tools a lot to educate both his colleagues and a large audience across the student spectrum and internationally. Geraldo is currently a graduate in Telecommunications Engineering at Ghana Technology University College, Global Education - The Network University and The North-South Centre Netherlands, ALISON - Ireland (Int. Dips in Project Management, Legal Studies, Business and Legal Studies, Sustainable Development, EU Public Procurement, Human Resource Management, Information Technology Management, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, Inventory Management et al ) and a research participant in " The Rights of The Child In The Digital Age" and "RErights" both UN Projects with the Western Sydney University, Australia in 2014 and 2016 respectively. Geraldo has worked with the Claire Power Murphy Foundation of the International Biographical Centre Inc. Florida -USA as a director and Vice President focusing on solutions to problems of humanity. Currently the Executive Director of the Global Centre for Culture, Education and Strategic Affairs - GCCESA, he commands a vast array of experience facets in diverse fields.
